Delivery and Returns
After your purchase you will receive a confirmation of order with your invoice.
Our couriers operate a full day delivery window between 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday. If you have ordered an item which is made to order you will receive an email conformation and invoice. We will then be in contact with you once the order has left the factory to arrange delivery on a suitable day.
Some scottish postcodes are not next day and our 2 man courier operates a 48 hrs services in some areas of the UK. Please see your dispatch email for details.
Returns Policy
We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. This policy outlines our returns procedures for both stock goods and special sizes and colors.
Stock Goods
Eligible Returns
Stock goods are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- Purchased online
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Not fitted
- In original packaging
Ineligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special sizes and colors
- Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer
- Items that are missing original packaging

Special sizes and colors are only eligible for return if they are faulty.
Ineligible Returns
Special sizes and colors are not eligible for return due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing.
